We accept T/T (Telegraphic
Transfer). In the case of large orders payment can be arranged by L/C (Letter
of Credit) to be paid against Shipping Documents. We appreciate our
long-term customer relationships and lasting business values, and we
continually strive to improve as your supplier, regardless of the size of
your orders. Better payment terms for long term customers can be
suggested.
Goods are ready
to ship out within 15-21 days after payment. Our delivery terms are
EX-Works and FOB. Delivery can be arranged according to customer-specific
requirements. Our logistic team will help you to find and calculate best way
of delivery.
T2 uses high quality parts from top world suppliers.
We guarantee that cartridges
produced and remanufactured by our company are free of defects.
Wide range of testing equipment, professional QC staff are further assurance
of our commitment to quality control and customer satisfaction. If you are
dissatisfied with the results of any of T2 cartridges, please return us the
cartridge together with test page within 180 days of purchase . T2 will
either replace the faulty cartridge or credit the full amount against a new
cartridge, in exchange for the faulty cartridge.
We accept OEM
orders. There are minimum q-ty requirements for particular item. Contact us
for further information about OEM orders.
"Free Sample"
service temporary unavailable. Customer pays for samples and freight
cost. T2 undertakes to cover 100% of sample cost and freight with customer's
first order. In the case of trial order, T2 reserves the right to review the
price, if order q-ty is less than MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
